About Us

Voss Care Group was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that every person deserves care that is safe, dignified, genuinely personalised, and delivered with warmth. Our mission is to be the provider families and professionals can trust, a team that listens, understands, and puts people first in every decision we make.

Our leadership brings over 40 years of combined experience across nursing, public health, CQC regulation, learning disability services, NICE implementation, supported living, and community care. This depth of expertise means our care is rooted in evidence, guided by compassion, and delivered with unwavering professionalism.

Our services are shaped by Blessing Mati Gwindi, a highly experienced former CQC Primary Care Inspector with a background in nursing, safeguarding, public health, and clinical advisory work. Blessing brings robust insight into compliance, governance, safety, and quality improvement, ensuring our service is built on strong foundations and a genuine commitment to high standards.

Working alongside her is Garikayi Furamera, whose distinguished career includes roles as a CQC Compliance Inspector, NICE Implementation Advisor, NHS leader, and registered nurse. His expertise in evidence-based practice, service design, commissioning, and quality oversight adds a layer of clinical and strategic excellence that is exceptionally rare in the sector.

Together, their leadership ensures that every person we support benefits from:

  1. Care shaped around what matters most to them
  2. Safety and governance woven into everyday practice
  3. Evidence-based, research-informed approaches
  4. Warm, human connection that honours each person’s story
  5. Thoughtful communication with families, professionals, and community partners

We support individuals in their own homes, communities, and supported living settings, always with dignity, respect, and a belief in each person’s right to live a meaningful, fulfilling life.
