Blessing brings over two decades of richly varied experience across nursing, safeguarding, public health, NHS clinical advisory work, and CQC primary care inspection. Her career has been shaped by a simple belief: people deserve to feel safe, respected, and truly cared for — every single day.

As a former CQC Primary Care Inspector, Blessing has evaluated GP practices, private hospitals, clinics, and social care services across England, giving her exceptional insight into what high-quality, safe, and compliant care looks like in practice. She has led complex safeguarding enquiries, risk-based inspections, and governance reviews — experience that now forms the backbone of our clinical assurance at Voss Care Group.

Yet behind her regulatory strength is someone warm, thoughtful, and deeply committed to people. Families often describe Blessing as reassuring, steady, and genuinely kind.
