As a long-standing CQC Compliance Inspector, Garikayi has assessed NHS trusts, primary care services, learning disability services, and complex health providers. His work has involved risk-based inspections, enforcement decisions, multi-agency safeguarding meetings, and improving systems where safety has fallen short. He brings an exceptional understanding of how to build services that are not only compliant, but truly safe, resilient, and person-centred.
His earlier roles with NICE and the NHS strengthened his expertise in evidence-based care, service redesign, and commissioning, all of which now guide the way Voss develops services that support people with dignity, choice, and independence.
